Microphone: practice needs mic access to record and score. Enable it in system Settings.
Scoring requires an internet connection because assessment requests are processed by Jyutone servers. Make sure you are using the public release of the app rather than an internal test build.
What’s free: today’s Set 1 and your first level test (assessments have a daily cap). Sound-library drills, Stretch, retakes, and extra assessments need Jyutone+.
Subscriptions: on iOS, manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After reinstall or a new device, use Restore purchases in the app.
When you write to us
Include device model and OS version, a short description and screenshots, and if billing-related the copyable device ID from the app (never share your Apple ID or Google account password).
